My stay at Quinta Real Guadalajara was quite a mixed bag. While the hotel itself is beautifully maintained and has an enchanting atmosphere with lovely gardens and decor, I faced some issues with the mattress quality, which was surprisingly uncomfortable. The staff were friendly and attentive, and the dining experience was good with excellent food. Overall, it felt like a charming experience but with some drawbacks.
